πŸ›️ Supplies List

Here’s everything you’ll need to create your Blue Hydrangea Wreath:

 Blue Hydrangeas  Find them here
Whicker Wreath Base  Get yours here
 Moss  Buy it here
Rose Leaves (or any greenery you have left over from another project)  Purchase a pack here
Speckled Easter Egg Decorations  Check them out here
Hot Glue Gun & Glue Sticks
Wire for Hanging

(Optional) Wire-Edged Burlap Ribbon for a bow – Get it here i am going to use this as a table centre with a pillar candle in the middle so i wont need a bow but that ribbon would look fabulous!

🌿 Step-by-Step Instructions

Add Moss to the Wreath Base
Start by gluing pieces of moss onto the whicker wreath base. This creates a soft, natural background and helps to fill out the wreath. You don’t need to cover the entire wreath—just enough to give it a lush, organic feel.

 Arrange the Greenery
Take your rose leaves and any extra foliage from previous projects and arrange them around the wreath. Secure them with hot glue, spacing them out evenly to create a balanced look.

 Add the Blue Hydrangeas
Cut the blue hydrangea stems into smaller sections and start placing them around the wreath. Glue them down securely, tucking them between the greenery for a natural, layered effect. Make sure to distribute the flowers evenly for a full and balanced look.

 Attach the Speckled Easter Eggs
For a festive Easter touch, glue some speckled eggs onto the wreath. These come in a mixed-size pack, so you can choose a few different sizes to add dimension. You’ll likely have plenty left over for future projects! I Just hot glue these on but if you don't have a glue gun you can wire them

Create a Wire Hanger
Twist a piece of wire at the back of the wreath to create a simple hanger. This makes it easy to hang on your door or wall.

 (Optional) Add a Bow
For an extra decorative touch, you could tie a burlap ribbon into a bow and attach it to the top or bottom of the wreath. The rustic texture of this wire-edged burlap ribbon would complement the natural look beautifully!

Final Touches & Display Ideas

Hang it on your front door for a cheerful spring welcome.
Use it as a table centrepiece, placing a candle in the middle for a cozy look.
Give it as a handmade gift to someone special.

This rustic Blue Hydrangea Wreath is a simple yet stunning project that brings springtime charm into your home. Let me know if you try it—I’d love to see your creations!

Alongside that, crafting has always been my other passion… so it probably comes as no surprise that the two have blended together over the years in the most wonderful way πŸ’› Creating flowers out of paper is something I’ve absolutely fallen in love with—and it’s been a passion of mine for over 20 years now.
