Happy Monday, everyone! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend filled with fun, relaxation, and maybe even a little bit of crafting!

I had a lovely weekend catching up with family, working on some exciting new designs, and—of course—squeezing in some crafty time! There’s nothing better than a bit of creative play to recharge the soul.

Card blank - when doing card constructions try to go for a heavier gsm so your card is nice and sturdy i like these card blanks on amazon - 5x5 300gsm hammered card. blank -https://amzn.to/4kgx9VJ

The silk flowers are from this pack on amazon - https://amzn.to/4gPIxES i love taking apart silk flowers and re-using them on my cards. Building up layers to create new flowers with gems or stamens in the centre. (This is the large blue flower in the centre and the small blue and green flower shown in the picture)** please note these are mixed packs - every time i order i get a nice variety.

i used all three dies from this set on this card

The leaves and flowers were shaped using my Spellbinders Susans garden tool set -https://amzn.to/430pcOe if you are new to cardmaking you can use a ball tool and foam mat but these tools give you such lovely dimension and much more of a realistic shape to your flowers and leaves. I wish i had bought these years ago. I love this set so much i bought a set for my design team to use and they love it too!!

Then i added some PanPastels from the Susans garden set - https://amzn.to/4b65X7B i will be using these on some flowers this week so stay tuned. I have used PanPastels for many years and was very lucky to have spent some time with Bernie and the Premium art Brands team to gleam some inspiration and tips on how to get the best out of these fabulous products. I had a full set but when i moved to Canada i gave them away as i couldn't take them with me. I am building up my collection again and am falling in love with these all over again!

I photographed the card when the stickles was still wet so you could see the areas i highlighted easier on the photo when this dries it will dry flatter.

I also added a touch to the centre of the small silk blue and green flower
