Happy Monday!!

It's a bit of a foggy misty morning here Up't North hopefully it will burn off later.

Today i am sharing a little card i made using the Tianna Tianna One Sheet Wonder. I call these a one sheet wonders as you get everything you need on the sheet to make your card - a Backing paper panel, your main focal point design topper and a selection of sentiments

Here is the sheet i used for this one :

You can find it on the website here: https://shop.obyd.co.uk/b/LwzQa

Supplies list for the card:

The card blank is a hammered textured 300gsm square card - https://amzn.to/47dbmYz

I love these strong cardblanks you can load up the front of the card with embellishments and they don't tip over with the weight.

The rainbow backing paper, topper and sentiment are from the sheet - https://shop.obyd.co.uk/b/LwzQa

I printed the sheet onto this beautiful 200gsm printing card - https://amzn.to/3XsckwW

I then decorated the topper sheet with some stickles and let it dry over night -

Stickles:

The white one - https://amzn.to/3Ze9kpr

The gold one - https://amzn.to/4epNgfV

Pink - https://amzn.to/47bcjkg

Green - https://amzn.to/47rlSff

I used the white one to highlight the details on the wings - the other colours were used on the headband and bouquet (you can see better in the photo below)

I used a polka dot embossing folder for texture on the rainbow card

Momento Ink for distressing the backing paper - https://amzn.to/4gk7Xvs

I made some tiny flowers using my little cheapie kiddies paper punch - https://amzn.to/4dK6EEp

and punched out some flowers onto some lilac paper. i shaped them with a ball tool and added a drop of nuvo drops to the centre of the flower - https://amzn.to/4e4HHD7

I also used some stamens to decorate the head band -the type i used are called pollen head - there is a huge selection to choose from here: https://amzn.to/3MvMjqq

I used a few eucalyptus leaves from my flower making stash you can find these here: https://amzn.to/3AWpedD - i just pull off a few leaves and use them on my cards and projects

I then popped a few of my little colourful small silk flowers on the card, these are great for adding a pop of colour. You can find these here: https://amzn.to/3z5V2MP

The ribbon is from my ribbon stash drawer

The gems i used in the corners were from Hobby Lobby but the ones below would look equally as nice. I have been using these a lot lately. You can find these here: https://amzn.to/3Z5gAUf

I used my favourite tape pens for all of the matting and layering - https://amzn.to/4dmlTTM

and wet tacky glue to stick down the gems, flowers and stamens - https://amzn.to/4dnMyzr

Let’s Talk About Those Flowers!

Let’s Talk About Those Flowers! April 28, 2026 Pretty Carnations Card So Many Questions… Let’s Talk About Those Flowers! 💙🍃 I recently shared a card over on Facebook, and I honestly wasn’t expecting the response it received! I’ve had so many lovely comments, questions, and private messages about how I created the flowers — thank you so much 💙 It has got to the point where it’s just physically impossible to reply to everyone individually, so I thought the easiest (and most helpful!) way would be to put everything together here in a blog post for you.   Buy This As A Download 🌸 Combining My Two Loves – Flowers & Crafting 🌸 This blog post includes amazon affiliate links - there is no cost to you but it helps support our blog posts and video tutorials. Flowers have always been a huge part of my life. As a fully qualified florist, I spent many years surrounded by beautiful blooms every single day. Although I hung up the snips from day-to-day shop life quite a while ago, my love for flowers and plants has never gone away. I still enjoy dipping back into floristry now and again—whether that’s creating special gifts, working on events, or the occasional wedding. Alongside that, crafting has always been my other passion… so it probably comes as no surprise that the two have blended together over the years in the most wonderful way 💛 Creating flowers out of paper is something I’ve absolutely fallen in love with—and it’s been a passion of mine for over 20 years now. Whether they are stamped, die-cut, or printed, there is something...
