My oven proof glass dish is approx 6"x6" i always grease this thoroughly as it gets very hot - just to avoid sticking and if you are using glass adjust the temperature of the oven accordingly. Full guidelines on the back of the box.. you can see these on the listing on amazon
Frosting - i make my own butter icing mixing butter with icing sugar - there are some really recipes for this online

I don't like washing out piping bags when it has a buttery filling as it makes them greasy and a nightmare to wash so i like to use these disposable ones - https://amzn.to/4d8silt
Top tip - i like to tie a clean elastic band round the top of bag to keep the filling in. It really helps when piping.
If you don't have tips check out this fab little set with the piping bags - such great value for anyone starting out - https://amzn.to/3yt70Qa
I used a M1 tip from Wilton you can find it here: https://amzn.to/3YB6udA

We used to sell wilton products at work and i love the quality of their products they are so easy to use. As it is a worldwide brand i could still get wilton products from Michaels when we lived in Canada so i have been able to build my little collection of must having baking tools and accessories.
They have a really good store on amazon that has everything you need for baking and cake decorating. If you would like to take a look you can find it here : https://amzn.to/3LRmz7o
